Hi, Tried putting new pads in the front of my W211 E320cdi today, after disconnecting both batterys and SBC plug, but cannot get the pins out! tried with a pin punch and it snapped, am i missing something here or are they just seized in the caliper? any help much appreciated thanks Dave

Just spoke to Dave. my way off doing these when seized,

Cut the pin on the inside of caliper, heat the side up you want to knock out with a heat gun, (no blow guns), beat it out, that way you are only trying to remove one half of the pin at a time and not both seized parts of the pin!
