help wanted please

I have a w140 s class 1996 the rear passenger door will not open the central locking cycle is going up and down on all the doors but this door will not open
from the inside or outside any help or advise will be appreciated.

Common problem and as of yet I havent found a solution, perhaps someone on here will come forward with some help.
