help wanted please

I have a w140 s class 1996 the rear passenger door will not open the central locking cycle is going up and down on all the doors but this door will not open
from the inside or outside any help or advise will be appreciated.

When you pull the interior handle is the door not opening then?

If this is the case then you are very unfortunate indeed as the vacuum system and the interior handle cable have failed. Or the lock has the child lock activated which is causing the interior handle not to work.

The vacuum system has most likely failed in the door joining rubber. it may be possible to get to this from behind the B piller trims.
