help with error codes on e220 cdi

hi i was having a few problems with my 2000 e220 cdi
it was down a bit on power and when i accelerated hard i had a lot of black smoke
the average mpg was down from 38mpg to 33mpg which i think is a lot
the engine tempeture gauge is sitting at 100c instead of the usual 90c
the heater in the car wasnt working 100%

so i got a test done and it came up with the following error codes

P 0100 HOT FILM MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR

P 1470 BOOST PRESSURE CONTROL VACUMN TRANSDUCER

P 1664 EXTRA ELECTRICAL HEATER

IF I NEED TO CHANGE THESE WERE DO I FIND THEM ON THE CAR

Change the air mass.

It is infont of the air filter. Very common fault
