Hi im looking at an E220 for sale and im not too sure about it to be honest, its on a k reg 1992 and its got 48000 miles on the clock but it seems a lot of money for the age of the car, its going for £1995 What kind of common things go wrong on these and was this the era that the mercedes had body rot, would appriciate any help with this. I sold my c200k and regret it as i now have a peugeot 306 estate...yeh i know im mad...thanks

That mileage is nothing and the car should make that price if all sound,, just check around the front wings for any rust,,but it should be clear if garaged for those miles
