good morning to you all this seems like i very good site

right i have a question for everyone

we own a merc 560 sec pillerless coupe amg genuine wide bodied believed to be 1 of only 5 built (please correct me if im wrong)

now from the searches we have done we havent found another one for us to compare prices

this car will be going up for sale very soon please let me assure you that this is a genuine AMG model and not some bodykit everything is uprated from amg

the car is absolutly immaculate throughtout having thousands spent on it recently i can get some pics up next week

now my question is has anyone got an idea on value because we havent


or if anyone as anymore infomation about the wide bodied w126 that would be great

You may get some more info from the original order, I am not sure if a special AMG is covered here, but nothing lost. Put all 17 numbers of the VIN including WDB into the site below,and see what comes up.

The people at mercseller.com appear to know values beyond the collective knowledge or try an auction house like H&H for a guide price. I've seen some astonishing prices for 126 coupes in the dealer ads. in Mercedes Enthusiast.

we have the original build sheet from amg so we know the spec would be nice to know how many where built though little chance of finding that out:sad:

I think there are quite alot, the ones that I found in seconds on serching totaled more the 10. its possible that only a few came to the UK

im talking about genuine amg wide bodied ones someone did do a bodykit that looked abit like it but didnt come with metal rear arches and there kit was made out of fibreglass i think

i have only managed to find 1 other genuine one if someone does know of more please let me know i would like to try and contact the owners

When you visit the AMG site I can find no records of them building a wide body, sure they sold the kits, but the car in question is not listed. all of the cars built are listed. two fims made the kits.

from the info we have from merc the car came of the production line as a white 560 sec then straight to amg. the car was built to the customers spec by them, this all ads up as we have stripped the car and repainted it,the wide body panels bumpers and skirts are all amg stamped with the part numbers ,the engine is uprated as we have had the car rolling roaded and came out 45 bhp up on standard form (will check this to make sure im right) also all the suspension is amg stamped the original exhaust was stamped ect

i would love to find out more about these cars the other that ive seen was a black one in america

ill get the pics up soon and ill try and take one of the amg build booklet and the amg spec of our car
