Hi everyone new to the forum, hoping for lots of tips and advice. I have just bought a Mercedes c class 220d. 2010. The bonnet star was rotten underneath and loose. All the ones online are 44mm across. I bought a cheap one. The one on my car is 49mm across. So obviously the one I bought fits in but leaves a few mil gap all round. I was considering putting a badge on instead. But they are 44mm or 57mm. Can anyone advise, recommend please. Apologies in advance if I sound thick!!!!
