Hi Garoad19 and welcome to the forum.
Do you mean that SatNav and BT Audio used to work and don’t work now or is it a new car and they just don’t work? Audio 20 doesn’t come automatically with SatNav and you have to have one of the Map Pilot options built in - either Becker or Garmin depending on when they switched over. As for BT audio, again this was introduced at some point and may or may not be on your model.
As John said, Commandonline are always a good place to start if you have these sort of problems. Give them a call or email them and quote your VIN so they can check what your actual car should have fitted.
