I am having some issues connecting my galaxy s7ed to my sclass. It says it's recognised and connected but there is no connection to my phone. Is there a software update needed for my car?
Thanks in advance
Alex

I'm afraid your car will not have Bluetooth to make calls. You will most likely have a port in the centre console for a Bluetooth module.
Would need your chassis number to check.

The Bluetooth you are connecting to is for data transfer only, it won't allow voice calls.

Welcome buddy . As said above is there a black module in the centre console armrest ? If not Command Online is your best bet .
