Hi newbie here

I’ve got a 2013 reg Mercedes a class 220 cdi.
Everything works fine apart from the navi when I press it it says no navi module connected. Help please do I need to buy something for it or is it a disc? There’s nothing in the glove box that I can find to put anything in as I’ve seen in other threads.

As likely as not it’s the card that’s missing or not plugged in, in the centre armrest

Hi Emma and welcome. It sounds as though you have the Audio 20 system which would have had Map Pilot (probably Becker Map Pilot for 2012) as an option. if you have the pre-wiring, then it is just a case of getting a suitable second hand box and adding it (make sure you get the PIN code as they won’t work without it), However, of there is nothing in the glove box, then you don’t have the wiring so it could be very expensive to add.

Do a VIN code check at https://www.mbdecoder.com/. From memory, I think you need code 508 which is the pre-installation factory fit. Without that, you will have problems.
