Hi, wonder if anyone has had this fault code, DTC13C700

I have had the above fault code come up and it appears to be related to my cold start problem. Has anyone experienced the same and what the cause is, glow plugs or relay issues I suspect but not confident enough to go and spend on guessing. Its an E350 diesel 2010. Thanks

dont guess , get it on STAR and have it confirmed then replace the correct parts
