2006 CL500
Hi chaps, I have a very nice 2006 CL500 in perfect condition with 63,000 miles and I love it dearly. Now I have spotted a 2007 CL500 with 109,000 miles. The pics and blurb describes it as immaculate with a full MB service history. I really like the newer shape but, I need this forums opinions. The new one has an asking price of £15000. Am I nuts even thinking about going to a higher mileage car and what should I expect as a PX figure for my car?
I know you are a knowledgeable group out there, hence the question.confused:

The new CL is just so very nice,,, but so is the older one, that one at £15k must be the cheapest one so far, I wonder what it is like

I wouldn't. Wait a year or so until lower mileage '07 cars become available in your price bracket.

OK, guys, the question has been put to rest by the dealer. The car was sold today. So I lost out. However, I think SL55 Mark is right, so I'll not look again and wait a bit.
Thanks for the input though.

Depends,

My first reaction is, its too dear, even for an 07 but then I thought If he offered you £9k for yours and took £14500 if it is everything he says it is then £5.5k to change is quite a good deal.

Smoke around in it for 18 months and you could easily trade up to an 09 or 10 plate should you have the desire to change.

Yours is still worth 11-12995 on a retail so there is scope for everyone.

Most 2007 CL's are still £20k plus depending on the spec so maybe nothing that good lost :D

I'm at the other end of the scale...I have a fully loaded 2006 CL500 with only 8200 genuine miles and 2 owners. I've been looking to change it for a newer shape E class but am finding it difficult to get anyone to price my car...
