dont think so they are soldered in and not easy to remove, the main light boards are only about £25

If so, yes you can buy them, 4 solder joints per LED.

No they're the full tail lights in the avantgarde models. LED brake lights and HiP bulbs. Conspicous by the lack of any form of access panel. I guess they're supposed to be fitted for life and HiP bulbs aren't supposed to fail..
