Sorry to hear you're having problems.
Mine did turn out to be the intercooler. The crimps at one end opened up and the oil leaking from there made it clear that was where the fault was.
To replace the intercooler on my 203, the undertray and bumper had to come off. For the bumper to come off, there are 2 bolts at the front at either side of the grille, 2 underneath and 2 sliding catches on either side behind the lower wheel arch covers. I decided not to try it myself as it is best completed on a ramp. Colin and Dave at MBS sorted it out for me in about an hour. I'm not sure if the access may be easier on your 202, i.e. if you need to take the bumper off or not, but I'm sure someone will provide the answer sooner or later.
