How can I find what make of tyres were fitted to my E280 when new

Have just had fitted 2 new CONTINENTAL "Super Contact" H rated front wheel tyres fitted as I was told that these were fitted to car in factory when it was new.

Anyone know how I can find out if this is true.

Hand book does not list make reccomended.

Reccomended mobile fitting service from black circles done a good & fast job in an hour & charged £112 + should anyone be interested.

The type of tyres fitted when new is usually marked on the last page of your service book

Thanks for reply, have looked in service book, but no clues found anywhere, just sizes.
Do you know if brochure would have boasted make n model rated tyres fitted?

MB did use a lot of Continentals - they may still, so even if your's didn't have them from the factory, though I suspect it did, many others certainly did.
Isn't Continental a German tyre manufacturer? - may be a clue!
