How do i get my phone to work.

Been trying all day. Driving me mad. Rather than explain i made a vid. Note. Phone shows the puk thing as a paired device as can be seen in the video. If i try to turn a call on to bluetooth it says no device.

is your phone paired to the car? I had a MB HFP in my R Class so didn't have the screens that you have, but I'd to press the big button at the back of the adaptor to get the phone to pair with my car.

I didnt realise there was a button on the back of the unit im my glovebox! Once i hit that my phone picked it up and paired. The it was just on!
