You have two options:
Buy another car or another wife.

Basically if you take this on, no one will buy your car in the future and also it is just too difficult, not just a matter of swapping a few things over....

I remember reading that there is a thriving trade in Dubai converting stolen RHD luxury cars (BMWs, Mercs etc) to left hand drive. It can allegedly be done very quickly and cheaply, but I don't think they're very worried about the quality of the conversion.
