Most of the work is unseen but drastically needed.
2 new side sill/B post sections, bulkhead and chassis repairs, axle rebuilds and a freshen up inside.
New front prop shaft, new steering rack UJ, new suspension bushes, new snorkel, new screen wash system, new rear brake rebuild, plus quite a lot of other bits and pieces.
Cosmetically it’s still a 28 year old Land Rover. It drives really well again and comfortable on the motorway.
It still needs 4 or 5 doors and a bonnet to make it nice - the door internals are very rusty.
Just no non-rusty second hand ones available and new ones aren’t always that good. So I’m on the look out for doors.
