How much is my car worth??

I have a C270 cdi estate, is a 54 plate (2004 facelift version) has a lot of extras;

heated/electric seats
full leather
comand
telephone cradle
MP3 adaptation

it's done around 125,000 miles

The body work isn't perfect. It is in perlite grey colour which is a kind of bluey grey.

How much roughly do you think it's worth selling privately?? I fancy getting one of the new B classes which I have read is a LOT better than the old style one!

Not Electric seats with memory actually, heated, but just the standard electric.

With the bodywork, it's not rust.... just car park damage. A couple of subtle (hard to see) indents and then right rear where the bumper meets the bodywork a couple of about 6 inch marks about 5mm wide, which have been touched up, but aren't perfect.

I usually look at all the adds and take it form there, as no guarantee offered it will have to be cheaper than a dealer,but looking at the ad will give you a fair idea

Yes, was very sad, but bless him, he got his final wish His mum and dad were so lovely too - how cruel life can be sometimes!

With a few marks and plenty of miles, £3995 might be a bit more realistic.

But sometimes, you get buyers turning up asking for £500-1000 off the asking price... and also compared to other adds of similar cars, that £4995 is still a decent price, I do not think 125k for a 2004 merc is 'plenty of miles' at all..
