How to change to the new style Wiper blades?

I'm sure this has been asked before but I have a 2001 w203 coupe and its got the old style wiper blades and want to know how do I change to the new style ones? Do I change the blades only or change the arms aswell?

Aero blades are available on Ebay...and just fit the way the old ones do.

Modern aero blades slide onto a peg on the arm, the aero type blades only mean that it is a solid rubber strip, rather than the metal arm with the spring loaded tensioners. Most come with an adaptor to fit the old style arms

I bought a pair of Tesco finest one piece wipers for Mrs W's nasty little Rover, a marked improvement over the Bosch normal ones I previously fitted. Simple fixing, straight on the existing arm/blade mounting.
