how to get injectors out 310D merc

could someone advise me on how to remove the injectors out to release replace convex washer that is leaking,i,ve taken the plate bolt off,i was told would just pop up,with abit of pressure,is a special tool needed, /??as usual very difficult to reach and assert pressure, Merc 310d 5 pot thanks

Hi I made this lot up to pull the injectors etc on my 270
