How to get this trim strip off B180 / W245?

I need to take this damaged trim strip (highlighted in yellow) off my 2009 B180 / W245 to replace it with another one on its way from a breakers. Anyone with any experience of this ...? It looks as though it might just pull off, but I want to be sure in case I damage something else. TIA.

The answer for future reference is - it pulls UP... Lower the glass fully to get a space for some pliers or similar for leverage.

Please put up a picture of the reverse of the trim.
That will show the method of 'push fit' needed to secure it. Thanks.
