How to remove ashtray on 1998 C Class?

I managed to loose my credit card behind the front ashtray on my 1998 C class! It was in the ashtray and somehow got flipped up and down the back when I closed it.

Any advice on how to get the complete ashtray out (not the bucket bit that comes out easy..)

it looks like - remove ashtray inner - theres a screw facindg upwatds toward the radio - but i might be wrong.

In my 1999 W202 you simply pull out the small rubber pen holder infront of the ashtray. This reveals two phillips screws on at the bottom of the ashtray assembly - one on each side.
