Hi guys
Has anyone any clue how to remove phone cradle from the storage? It just takes space and I literally never used it.
I managed to take it apart to the state you can see on the picture, but I am clueless how to continue.
Could not find any advices on this model anywhere

That's not the phone cradle, it's the UHI connector for a phone cradle or bluetooth adapter! I'd not remove that, as on resale it's a benefit, not the opposite!

Sorry, I called it phone cradle, because there was a phone cradle installed on that thing, I think it is for Iphone 5s or some other Iphone. That one went easy.

I understand, that some future owner may want to use it, I intend to keep it and install it back when I sell it in the future.

There is enough space under that thing, but I dont like that I have to open that thing every time I open that compartment, because I never really use it.

I guess its also connected to the command and steering wheel and an antenna. Can of worms to disconnect it properly I would say.
Just chuck a few more tubs of nivea over it and you wont see it

There should also be a small plastic cover to protect the UHI connector when it's not in use - that's what I have in the centre arm rest of my S204. As stated, it's connected to Comand, steering wheel and the car's external antenna - when I had an iPhone 4 and the correct cradle (which I still have but no longer use) the phone reception was excellent, whereas now using the Comand bluetooth system for my Samsung Galaxy A10 it's nowhere near as good. The iPhone would also charge when plugged into the cradle - lovely - but I cannot get a cradle or adapter for my A10 so if necessary have to use a fag lighter to USB adapter to charge the phone! The other annoyance is that there's no UHI adapter suitable for my A10, but many other phones can be connected via a UHI to bluetooth adapter, call comand.co.uk with your VIN to see what you can connect to it!
