how to replace brake rotors/pads on 2000 E320

I have a 2000 E320 and would like to replace the rotors and pads. Bought the brembo slotted/drilled rotors for the look and just wondering if someone had done rotor replacement on this car before and would not mind sharing the experience with me. I had replaced front rotors before on Nissan 300ZX, Porsche Carrera, BMW 325is and Acura 3.2TL. I feel a little nervous since I had never worked on this car before.

Also, is changing oil on this car is easy? and do I need to buy the oil from the dealer?
