HUD in 2021 E Class Coupe facelift

E300 Coupe 2021 facelift premium plus
Hi - I am a new forum member - recently purchased E300 Coupe facelift night time edition. Can someone please enlighten me on whether this model should come with HUD? Owners Manual has section on HUD, however I am unable to turn it on and cannot find anything in MBUX that refers to HUD.

It was offered as an option on the E Class for a while, but not any more. I think around 2018 was the last time you could specify it, but I don't think it was ever standard.
