HUD Retrofit... E Class Cabrio

I am looking at an E Class cabrio and I have a HUD in the C Class which I love. Just wondered if it was possible does anyone know to retrofit a HUD in the E Class? 2018 model...

Can you retrofit the HUD?

Yes, I know, just select it as an option. But sadly I am not in a position to be able to buy a brand new E250 Cabrio so am looking at a 2014/15 model. Rarely do I find them with a HUD fitted (why people don't select this option is beyond me it is awesome) so I was wondering if it is possible...

Ta that was for the older model where I had not seen it but the newer shape appears to have it as an option, at least on a US dealer page. So I was hopeful it was an easier exercise......
