To summarise you are asking about the cost of converting a 21 year old C class to all electric. This will cost more that the car is worth. On that basis no reputable company will take on the work. You would need all new internals, plus modified chassis and running gear. With no type approval, I fail to see how it will be legal, insurable, or pass an MOT.

Friend of mine will happily charge my AA LiPo when I go around to visit, never accepts a penny for it either..!

I would hazard a guess if you needed to replace the battery on some of the newer flying machines you might just be getting near that sort of money.
