I need an Audio 10 CD owner's guide

My husband purchased a MB Audio 10 CD from Germany but it did not come with an owner's manual. He is now having a problem getting the in dash CD player to work (it wont accept CDs) and the MB audio person says he needs the manual to figure it out. I called MBUSA but they told me to talk to my dealer. I called the dealer parts dept and they tell me they cant do it either. How can I get a copy of the owners manual?

Thank you so much Beezer! I have been round and round with MBUSA and my dealer to get a manual. They claim they cant get it through US contacts, they have to go through some secret place in Toronto and it was just ridiculous to get a simple manual. You are the best.
