2002 E220 CDi is idling very slowly all of a sudden, idles at about 650 and makes the car judder at a standstill, had a new battery recently, don't know if it is related or coincidence... any ideas or can I just up the idle speed easily?

Idle cannot be adjusted. You have another issue.
It is probably a faulty injector or two. Needs diagnosing first.

If it drives fine then could be a vacuum fault
