Ignition problem car wont start

Hi. I have a 2010 e350

The car cut out whilst driving, tried to restart the car and the key turns the ignition barrel but no light come up on the dash. Also the key has stopped locking and unlocking the car. I tried another key from a c class and the car recognises the key as the wrong key. Not sure if the key is at falt or not

faulty BCP inside EIS? Did you check all fuses? Are you hearing buzzing sound when inserting key. Of course wrong car key gives wrong key alert.

Yes it comes up with wrong key streight away. But if I use the correct key it dies absolutely nothing no ignition lights no buzzing nothing. Carnt lock or unlock the car either

Car battries are low of charge . i would first give them a full charge up

Problem resolved.
Not too sure what he has done but he made me a new key (I only had 1) he said the key was broken and that was the problem. But since he made the new key the esl doesent work anymore wich is a good thing lol. So basically he said the key was at fault.
