Independent dealer near to Newbury/Oxford/Reading

I've just had an engine warning light and add blue warning come on (no more restarts after 500 miles!!). Several posts on here suggest its best to go to an Indy dealer to get it looked at. Can anyone recommend a specialist in the Newbury/Oxford/Reding area.

Does this not just mean you have to top up the AdBlue tank? I have a petrol car so have no personal knowledge of this but I would give another vote for Star at Reading.

Star Motors in Caversham looked after my SL very well. I haven't taken the R231 there yet, but I am sure the time will come.

Update - took my car to Star in reading who were really helpful. Cleared the error codes, reset the ad blue counter & did a sw update, bingo, no problems since (over 500 miles). Not sure if thats the end of it, but fingers crossed

Great fix by @star.

I would also say change your adblue twice a year. Drain it, refill and add some anti crystallisation additive to help minimise the issues associated with adblue.
