Has anybody experience of an "indie" in the north london/enfield/ borders of herts and essex that they would recommend?

My goodness doesn,t anybody know of a reliable independent in these areas.I have just paid close on £300 to have 12 plugs changed due to a fault developing and that didn,t include the £100 to diagnose the problem. I do know an excellent mechanic who is very used to working on Mercs who would have done the job once MB had diagnosed it for a 1/4 of the price, but then I am stuck with the warning light up and Mb want over £100 to reset it.

Go to Merc-care in Southgate, really nice bunch of people who really know mercs

Yeah my dad has been using them on his S-class for a while, speak to Joe, he seems to know everything
