Hello! I have a 2013 SLK220. 25 mins into a recent journey, I noticed when using the indicator stalk, I wasn’t seeing they the indicator light on my dashboard and there was no ‘clicking’ sound indication either.
When I could safely check, the indicator lights where definitely not coming on with initiation from the stalk, but would when using the hazard button.
I left the car turned off for about 1 hour and tested again, and they then worked!
30 mins into my journey home, issue started again!
It’s worth noting that the car has only been a handful of times over the past 2 years and is not kept in a garage.
Any ideas what could be the issue and is it a simple fix, or a mechanic only job?
