Information on MB 230TE Auto Estate 1982

I am going to look at a MB 1982 230TE Auto Estate tomorrow morning at 10.30am, can anyone tell me if there are any inherant problems with this model?, if there are what are they ?, and is there should be any thing else that I should look out for?, the car has a recon engine and has done 45,000 miles since this was done, I would welcome any comments regarding this question, Roger Hughes
