Interior lights w202

As the car is off the road for a week or two replacing some valve I thought I would sort out my other issue... My interior lights.... The map light and boot light work fine with the doors and switches but all the other lights don't work including the visor mirrors .... I have checked the fuses and bulbs and all seems ok there what could it be?
Any help would be great

See if they are getting 12v...Multimeter.

Hi,
Not sure if this diagram is the same as yours, but a lot of these diagrams were somewhat generic, what year is your car?

Looking at that diagram, with your fault in mind, I would say that is likely that you have a faulty overhead light unit, but do check the blk/grey cable for a 12V supply.
