My 220e Sportline keeps breaking down. I have been told there is no spark or fuel but the car is turning over. Been pointed towards the immobiliser but have had it checked & been told it is working ok. Anybody got any ideas?

Hello Bazzi and welcome, the CPS can fail often good when cold but engine stops when warm, you can measure it and it should be 1k ohm when good

It should be with someone that can read the diagnostic fault codes on that generation of car.

The fault code readings are very reliable and he/she should be looking at pin 8.

Yes the PCB is known to get dry jointed, many replace it and I do not know why as they are so easily fixed
