again my c180 has started to go into safe mode this might happen for aday or two than work fine for weeks at a time,also the dashboard lights will flash on off this may last days weeks than some days it dont happen at all and thats without touching anythink and the c\control as stopped working now i checked fuses and for aday everythink worked,than next day playin up again is their a wire that connects the dash warning lights rev speedo c\control and be able to put into limp mode?

there are a lot of things that can cause your car to go into safe mode,it can be simple things like wheel speed sensors,a dry joint.even acording to MB
uneavan tyre wear on rears can effect the esp system.
