internal fuse box location c class

I have a 2013 c class 220 estate. The interior fuse box should be under a plastic panel on the side of the dash by the A post. I have a slot but there is no fuse box??? Mercedes don't have an answer. Any clues???

Should it be at the other side.

It is on the offside (drivers side) rear panel in the boot on the estates. Behind where the first aid kit normally fits etc

Not on either side of the dash. covers come off ok. Drivers side has a slot where it looks like it should be as in the pic. Passenger side has nothing, fuse boxes in the boot and under the bonnet are clear. just the one that should be on the side of the dash is missing.

You don't get both on the estate. I never had one in the dash on my C350 despite what the manual said. You only get two total. One in the boot and one in the engine bay.

Thanks so much. Better service than Mercedes UK!!!!!! I am wiring in a dash cam. I have located an ignition feed on the boot fusebox. I can either use this; or run a sub fused supply from the centre console auxilary 12v feed.

Just be careful. I had issues wiring my dashcam as Mercedes employ a stepped sleep system.

So some fuses switch off after 60mins and some after 90mins. I can't remember the exact fuse location I used for the permanent live. So if you have a voltage tester unlock the car, then leave all well alone for 2hrs. Do all your cable routing etc and have brew or 6. Don't touch the keys and you should then find a permanent live feed.

Failing that if the battery is in the boot as it was on my C350 then you could take the permanent live from the positive terminal.

Easy live feed on the C class estates from the battery under the boot floor, routed through the offside cavity where a fusible link can be fitted and tethered beside the rear fusebox.

Have a look at this site. On a UK car it should be at the right hand end (driver's side) of the dashboard.

If its got memory seats , look either end of the dash .

These are the fuse locations on a W 204 1-36 and 123 are LHD/RHD locations
