It's different, certainly, but so was my current favourite Tissot T-Race when I got it: I learnt a watch doesn't have to look like a Breguet Classique 3137 for me to like it.

I would've, most likely, kept this one, but my wrist is about half-inch thinner than the watch face  ... this will not look cool.

I have a Tissot T touch. Purchased in about 2005 - sent it in for repair last year - they quoted me £150-00 to repair or £150-00 for a new replacement. Took the new one.

Although I had owned expensive several watches over the years, the Tissot is one of my favourites. Certainly a bargain compared to the service for my Rolex that cost £800-00 about 2 years ago. I'd hate to think what a service on a Patek Phillipe or any other really expensive watch costs.

I had two Breguet watches ... different times. Bi-annual checkups (minor service) were free at NY Breguet centre, never needed a major one. I suppose at their prices, they can afford a little freebies thrown in ;)

Lordy, Lordy.....I'm a big bloke with big wrists (e.g. had to buy extra links for every Rolex I've ever owned) and that would be too big for me.

Yup, the actual watch sans lugs is 58mm ... still way too big for me.

I saw the case size on the specs. Whilst it's smaller than my current biggest it's a larger chunk than I'd normally wear.

Which one? I didn't realise that Omegas were that expensive to service or were there repairs needed?

As worldbiker is in London, he can't go wrong with Sean @ Watches to Go, based at Piccadilly Circus Tube Station.
    Most underrated watch magician ever.
