Give MB Grangemouth a call and they will supply the correct mirror indicator (you didn't mention n/s or o/s) and deliver next day.
I bought one and it was around £30

Parts: +44 1324 666100;
Email: info@mercedes-benzofgrangemouth.co.uk ...

Mention the forum for a discount.

Mine was £33.50 from Main Dealer.
Having changed the mirror and heater pad on the passenger side, which was easy .. just extract the mirror off the claws slowly with a support.
Had Welwyn fit the led glass affair ( its one unit) whilst they were doing the gearbox oil.
He said it was a bit fiddly.

Just make sure you dont crack the mirror pulling it out.
The passenger is £86, and the drivers is a whopping £369 . Cos of the self dimming controlls etc.
Or buy a Euro car passenger side for £90 lol

But as the heated pad showed up a fault on the left door sam, the above trick may give you a permenant faulty. Who knows.
