Is my suspension goosed?

The other day i went over a wee speed bump, its leaving the car park where i live and i heard a clunk, it was still kind of clunky after driving on, so i got out to investigate, and didnt spot anything that alarmed me.

Unfortunately i have just got back and the noise when i was turning right was awful Theres hardly any space between the wheel arch and the wheel, is it fixable? And will it totally clear me out of xmas refreshment money?

Its an H reg 190D.

It will only be a broken spring, wont be to expensive to repair, make sure you get them changed in pairs
