So is this all everyone does when they need parts, just check mercedes and ebay? Isn't there a mercedes parts dealer other than mercedes?

There are several different bushes and clamps for that model, depending on car spec. Not expensive from mercs, all this shopping around and you might get the wrong ones.

OP, you have asked for a MB specific parts dealer, Then it has to be MB parts.
Many parts are VIN specific and going by model alone may not be right.
Although places like GSF, Eurocarparts do afternarket parts they may not fit exactlly.
A further benefit of MB parts beyond the quality is that parts may be superceded.

I always get the part numbers from an EPC like 7Zap. Then buy from Teile-Profis in, I think, Munich.

But that might not suit Brexit-land.

have to say, if you do not have the correct equipment and expertise to do this your self, then have an MOT garage do it for you.
Very rare to change a subframe due to broken bolts, the garage have a ramp and the tools to get them out, and find the parts to put it all back in again.
Its a safety item for the MOT hence has to be done correctly
Go and chat to a couple of local garages, then decide, its not a job that needs a Mercedes expert, any tech worth his salt should be able to do this.
