If you mean temperature then it looks ideal to me. I'm assuming the car has just had a proper run.

Yeah mainly the temp because I thought it should be in the centre but it’s a little above .. also is the idle not a bit low ?

That temperature is fine! The idle at 600 rpm does seem a little low to me but is probably OK. Others will be along to comment no doubt.

The dash readings are perfectly normal. The thermostat when they fail tend to fail open so the engine runs cold if this happens have the stat replaced with a genuine MB part asap or it screws your DPF

All looks fine to me, tick over a little low but I wouldn't be concerned about it :)

What engine have you got, and what year is it? Clearly a diesel and your sig says it is an E Class. If it is an OM642 V6 then expect it to idle at 550-600 rpm, except when regenerating the DPF when it goes up to about 800 rpm. And yes, as other have said the temperature is fine.
