Your new return pipe from the back end of the rail should be underneath the injector pipes. 270cdi.jpg

1524495292309726338270.jpg It was harder to remove than fit new one ,took all injector pipes off and the high pressure pipe off the rail the old one had been rubbed through on the ancillary belt .
When I fitted new one it was in same position as old one slackened off clamp and twisted push fitting round and tightened it up ........all done

That's why it was a pig to get return pipe off it was under the injector pipes I was just being lazy

Ha ..what clips .....none there just twisted pipe and and tightened clamp ,it is well out of way now
