ive bought an injector puller

for my w209 53reg,but im having trouble removivg no 2,any ideas,i cant warm it up cause i have the other 4 disconected and the cam cover disconected

Complete the other 4 and then warm the engine up to do #5. A hot engine makes a massive difference.

I have seen a few YouTube videos also say a hot engine helps the injectors come loose more easily. I would have thought a cold engine would mean the metal will shrink a tiny bit, making the injector hole slightly bigger; and a hot engine would do the opposite and make the hole smaller. But it seems a hotter engine makes the carbon more brittle and almost melt, which makes the injectors easier to extract.
