Jumping out of 1st Gear ( W203 )

Just lately my XReg C200K has jumped out of 1st gear a few times... resulting in a huuuuge crunching sound... now i had heard that these Merc manuals aint that good so is this just normal or do i have problems coming my way ????..... Cheers all

This is normally just a screw loose on the selector rod,,if you do a search there was a post a few weeks back where this cured the problem, and the are a few before that
