Just Bought a Merc

Hi everyone, I recently bought a E250CDI AMG Convertible 2014 model, which I am enjoying so far.
Can anyone tell me what the 2 stars on centre console are for one is larger and filled other is smaller and clear.Can see it in manual. thks

Welcome- these are the favourites buttons. You can set up favourites in your Comand setting then access those with the star buttons
