well it arrived and its fitted, wahooooooooo its great using the wheel controls again :)

I can change cd tacks, radio stations, volume and the phone buttons serve to mute and unmute the radio. life is sooo good :)

theres no pictures of worth, has a multiplug that sits between the existing plug in the back of the cluster, 1 plug into the radio, and a switched power and earth, thats it

No, i dont think any after market system will do that :(
