totally sympathise - did my C63 AMG 19" rear wheel - expensive refurb! why do they build the kerbs so high, and jutting out so far, with often very tight corners?

As Daventy will confirm, it's tight for room on the ramps & tight spaces too. I only used it cos I had my 3 yr old grand daughter with me so parked close to the town centre.

I was a HGV class 1 instructor for years, & I have found some multi story car parks very tight.
Fortunately never scraped one.

This particular car park had the corners of the ramps cut off years ago when a neighbour complained to the council about doing the same in his car .... I've previously managed to use this car park without mishap but today I failed .....
at least there's a wheel refurb place at the bottom of the road.

The most painful thing that can happen to ones car in my opinion..
